Linda L. Lasinski, age 72, of Plymouth, passed away surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Allied Meade Street Skilled Nursing Center, Wilkes Barre.

Born May 28, 1951 in Plymouth, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Hobbs and Thelma Watkins Hobbs. Linda was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, Class of 1969, and a member of the First Christian Church, Plymouth. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the Social Security Administration for 37 years.

Linda enjoying vacationing to the beach, taking long car rides (seeing everything she could see) and “junkin”, that is attending estate sales and flea markets.

She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her grandson, Charles George Howells Jr., sister, Janet Hobbs, sister-in-law, Mary K. Hobbs, brothers-in-law, Frank Lasinski and David Lasinski, and her great niece.

Surviving are her loving husband of 48 years, Charlie Lasinski, daughter, Amy Lasinski, and her partner, Charles G. Howells Sr., Plymouth, sister, Carol Kraynak and her husband Gary, Plymouth, brothers, Jesse Hobbs, of Pittston, Ronald Hobbs and his wife, Beth, Highland, Indiana, William Hobbs and his wife, Ruthie, Plymouth, Edward Hobbs and his wife, Debbie, Plymouth, brother-in-law, Harry Lasinski and his wife, Rhoda and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Ostrowski and her husband, David, of Plymouth. Linda is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at a future date with interment in Chapel lawn Cemetery, Dallas. In lieu of flowers contributions, if desired, may be made to the First Christian Church, P. O, Box 220, Plymouth, Pa., 18651.

Arrangements are entrusted to the S. J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, Plymouth.
