Thomas R. Silinski, age 73, of Plymouth, passed away into the hands of the Lord on Monday, June 9, 2025 at his home.

Born July 10, 1951 in Plymouth, he was the son of the late Frank Silinski and Verna Yashinski Silinski. He was a graduate of West Side Vocational Technical School, Pringle.

He had been a member of the Pennsylvania National Guard and a member of the Plymouth American Legion Post 463.

In past years, he was employed in the construction industry, including Mericle Construction.

Thomas was a true jack of all trades, with a knack for fixing just about anything mechanical. He found great joy in landscaping and took pride in working with his hands. One of his favorite places was Cape May, New Jersey, where he cherished time by the shore and enjoyed exploring the local cuisine.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Silinski.

Surviving are his sisters, Maryanne Bowman (Robert), Plymouth, and Veronica Dalton, Watkins Glen, NY; nieces, Brenda Bowman, of Mooresville, NC; and Barbara Meriesky (John), Plymouth; Donna Barozzini (Chris), MD, Janice Moyer (Rich) NY, Anita Dvornicky, NY, and Corrine Shughrou (Dave) WA; several nieces and nephews. great nephew and best buddy, Robby Meriesky, daughter, Lauren Hunzer (Brian) and grandchildren.

Memorial Visitation will held on Tuesday, June 24 from 9am-11am with a prayer service at 11 a.m. at the S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home,530 West Main Street, Plymouth. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Nativity Cemetery, Plymouth Twp.
