Jerome J. (Jerry) Naparlo, age 73, of Exeter, passed into eternal rest on Monday July 28, 2025 at his home.

Born February 13, 1952 in Hanover Twp., he was the son of the late Joseph T. Naparlo and Matilda Ricko Naparlo.

Jerry was a graduate of West Side Vocational Technical School in Pringle and a member of All Saints Parish of Plymouth. In past years, Jerry has worked as an upholsterer and in the construction industry.

Jerry truly enjoyed fishing, camping and bike riding. He was kind and generous with his time and was always available to lend a helping hand. He loved caring for his pets, most recently his beloved cat, Buttercup.

Surviving are his loving brother and sister, Mary M. Hosey, Larksville, Joseph J. Naparlo and his wife Cathie, Williamsburg, Va., cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces, great nephews and many dear friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 10 a.m. at All Saints Parish, Plymouth. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Nativity Cemetery, Plymouth Twp.

Family and friends may call Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 9 a.m. until mass time at the church.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, Plymouth.

In lieu of flowers, contributions if desired, may be made to the Luzerne County SPCA.
