Lynn Nelson Kesselman, Jr.
Saturday, September 27, 2025
Lynn Nelson Kesselman, Jr., 63, of Kingston Twp., passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025.

Born December 11, 1961 in Los Angeles, California, he was the son of Dorothy Muller Skovronsky, Shavertown, and the late Lynn Kesselman, Sr.

Lynn was an exceptionally talented and industrious architect. He loved all types of design, spanning commercial, institutional, and residential. In both his professional and personal life, he worked tirelessly to make dreams into realities. Of his many realized projects, his most treasured was the home he built for his family, single-handedly transforming an undeveloped mountainside into a beautiful homestead.

Hard work, creativity, and generosity were among Lynn’s strongest values. His example encouraged others to never give up on their goals. While working full time and raising children, he earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Drexel University. He then founded his own architectural firm, Kesselman Architectural Design.

In his free time, Lynn enjoyed fishing and being in nature. Full of infectious energy, he always made his loved ones laugh. He was a supporter of the arts and loved mathematics and science. He was also active in the Knights of Columbus.

Surviving are his children, Joel W. Smith and wife Danielle, Shavertown, Maxine Alison Kesselman and husband Jim Wallace, Los Angeles, California, and Rachel Lynn Kesselman and husband Julien Alliot, Paris, France; grandchildren, Brittany McGraw, Kayley Smith and Abigail Smith; brothers, Guy Westerholm and wife Cynthia, Larksville, Niel Westerholm and wife Stephanie, Larksville, Khan Kesselman and wife Laverne, Bridgeport, West Virginia, John Skovronsky and wife Melissa, Breckenridge, Colorado, Eric Skrovonsky, Vail, Colorado and Beth Ann Skovronsky, Shavertown, Joy Germes, Marlton, New Jersey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 11 a.m. at the S. J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, 530 West Main Street, Plymouth, with Rev. Gerald Gurka officiating.
