It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Greg Snyder on January 10, 2026.

Born in Nanticoke on May 8, 1986, he was a graduate of John S. Fine High School, Class of 2004, and he had attended Luzerne County Community College.

He will be deeply missed by his parents, Deborah Bernatovich Snyder and Gregory G. Snyder, both of Nanticoke; his loving sister Alayna Soucy and her husband, Matt, along with his special nephews, Jacob and Brendan. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Greg will be joining his grandparents, Robert and Rosemarie Bernatovich and Richard and Johanna Snyder, who were both of Nanticoke; cousin, Dustin Bernatovich; and his beloved dogs, Wrinkles and Kelly.

Greg lived life on his own terms and had a fun-loving personality that made everyone laugh. He had a great love of sports and was an avid Yankee, Notre Dame and Steeler fan. He had a deep love for everything and anything outdoors. He especially enjoyed his walks when accompanied by his pet dog, Kelly who he adored.

Greg will be dearly missed and loved in our hearts forever.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family from the S. J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, Plymouth.
