Benjamin T. Uzialko, age 67, of Plymouth, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at his home.
Born March 28, 1959 in Miners Mills Section of Wilkes Barre, he was the son of the late John Uzialko MaryAnn Lasinski Uzialko. Ben was a graduate of Coughlin High School in Wilkes Barre and he was a veteran serving with the United States Marine Corp.
Ben had been employed as a truck driver for many years. Earlier in his career, he worked for Carter Footwear and Jack Fink Seafood in Wilkes-Barre.
Fishing was more than a hobby—it was a true passion, and he truly lived to fish and fished to live. He also enjoyed baking and was especially fond of cookies. An avid Buffalo Bills fan, he loved cheering on his team and watching their games. Above all, he cherished the holidays, family cookouts, and any opportunity to gather with his large family and spend time with those he loved most.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Staff Sergeant Thomas Uzialko, who passed away on April 13, 2018.
Surviving are his loving wife, the former Donna M. Rush; children, Daniel Uzialko (Christina), Texas, Donna Uzialko, Plymouth, Amanda Phillips (Bobbie), Berwick, Tina Uzialko, Kingston, Stacey Uzialko (Shannon Alex), Wilkes Barre, Kevin Uzialko, Plymouth, Benjamin Uzialko, Stephen Uzialko, and Krystal Uzialko; stepchildren, Heather McGrade (Crystal), Exeter, Tabitha McGrade, Georgia and Christal McGrade, Wilkes Barre. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Maryann Bolton, Throop, John Joseph (Joe) Uzialko, Hanover Twp., Chester Uzialko, Tennessee and Theresa Miller, Plains Twp.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Monday, August 17, 2026 at Benjamin’s Home, 245 Nottingham Street, Plymouth, Pa, 18651, from 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
